Patrick McGail is the author of Staying Me, the story of his tragic journey into the Ohio Prison system, the intriguing screen plays of Trois Idees and the puzzling Life and works of Louis Vettin and more exciting works of fiction. He's an incarcerated inmate in the Ohio state prison system serving a life sentence for a conviction he continues to appeal. He teaches classes on finance, the stock market, and GED preparation. He loves challenging his fitness limits and enjoys writing personalized screen plays and stories as birthday presents for each of the members of his family.
"I want to just provide a way for others to see inside this system and realize how terribly wrong it's working. The guilty are not receiving treatment so one day they return to society. They are returning as the exact same criminals. The system needs to be changed so that the people rejoining society are educated leaders who can pull our communities up from the ashes and stop the younger generation before they travel down the same road."
